What to Expect
WORSHIP SERVICES
We have two worship services on Sunday morning: 9:00 and 10:30. Our 9:00 service is a little more intimate and serves communion weekly. Communion is served on the 1st Sunday of the month at the 10:30 service.
MUSIC
We enjoy worshipping God through a traditional style of music on Sunday mornings. Our 10:30 service includes our talented choir and both services feature special music throughout the year. We sing mainly hymns with some new songs occasionally. Worship at the Community Church is participatory and interactive as we invite you to join in as you follow the lyrics on screen or in the hymnal.
PRAYER AND LITURGIES
There are several times throughout the Sunday morning service where a pastor will lead a responsive prayer or corporate prayer. You may be invited to spend time in reflection or participate in a liturgy taken from various denominations. If you have a particular need please find a pastor after the service, write it on the Connection Card, or submit a prayer request here.
SERMONS
The teaching time is always rooted in Scripture and seeks to communicate God's will and truth for us in compelling and relevant ways. Past sermons and worship services can be viewed by clicking here.
COMMUNION
We take time weekly at our 9:00 service and monthly at our 10:30 service to celebrate the Lord's Supper. We welcome all Christ-followers to participate in this sacrament of worship.
